Who doesn’t love a good yard sale? Especially when it’s not actually in someone’s yard and there are cocktails?

That’s the deal for Friday’s Bargain Boutique kick-off at the Junior League of Little Rock Building downtown. Tickets are $10 and for that fee you’ll get to nosh on light apps, drink a little wine and be among the first to check out the pickings at the annual sale. That event is from 4:30 to 7:30 Friday, March 2.
Or you can do the Saturday thing and show up at the League’s building between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. when admission is free. You might miss the designer handbags and gently worn shoes that are usually among the first items snapped up, though.
All of the proceeds from Bargain Barn go to the organization’s charity efforts, including immunizations for kids, the annual school supply drive and the parents’ outreach group for ACH among others.
